The second phase has as its purpose a well-done and in-depth analysis, to evaluate the customer's requests in the best possible way.
We then move on to the choice of the most suitable algorithms, choosing from those already belonging to us, or developing algorithms from scratch
Finally, after finding a solution, we move on to the implementation of the project.

Implementation and testing

In this phase the hardware part is assembled which interfaces with the other components such as PLC.
Subsequently, all the test necessary for the functioning of the product and its safety are carried out.
Once these last steps have been successfully completed, the product is entrusted to the customer.

Support after sale/service

Once the product has arrived at the customer, D&D Automation continues to offer technical assistance to its customers. Thanks to remote assistance, the problem can be diagnosed immediately. If it is not possible, we will come and physically check.
